Summer at Resolute Recruitment to Recruitment

Summer at Resolute Recruitment to Recruitment

For starters, yes we *know* its October – it’s been a very busy Summer so this is the first opportunity that we’ve had to put some of the things that we’ve done in one place. So here we go…

Summer Recruitment Success

It’s been a great summer for Resolute Rec2Rec. We’ve placed individuals at all levels from trainees through to concluding Director-level appointments putting us in a great place to grow from. We have also researched the best places to work in the areas we tend to place consultants in and have signed up some great new clients, developing some great relationships all over the UK.

In addition to recruitment, we have also built our own graduate assessment platform working in partnership with a number of Universities to secure the brightest, most gifted graduates who are looking for a career in sales (let’s face it, no one grows up thinking ‘I want to be a recruiter’). We have also spent the summer designing a piece of research looking into benefits and commission structures that best enable recruiters to succeed – a piece of work that we’ll launch next year.

Resourcing in the park

We’ve benefitted from the lovely edible garden organised by our fantastic site manager here at The Old Police Station Business Centre – the strawberries were sweet and the peppers were hot! We also took our work outside trialing #ResourcingInThePark on lovely sunny afternoons at various national trust locations throughout the North – as far as mobile dongles go O2 win hands down.

Everyone here has been on holiday this summer snapchatting their take on poolside ‘sausage or legs’… We’ve discovered that Ania’s bacon butty Fridays (in aid of charity) now also comes as bacon, sausages, and scrambled eggs for those of us on no carb diets, and more crucially the tuck shop now stocks crunchies for those of us who love carbs.

Resolute R2R in the News

In the midst of this summer hustle and bustle we found out that we were featured in Manchester Evening News’s Business Week in August. You can find the article here:–13455417
